Dressage at White Cross, Haughton, Stafford on Tuesday 12^th August by kind permission of Mrs Carole Wilson
We had a lot of entries for our dressage competition with a number of new faces! There was a walk and trot test, two preliminary tests and a novice which were all well supported. Luckily the weather held off for us although thunder and lightning was seen in the distance! Thank You to our judges Karen Millington and Liz Mason!

All Abilities Rally on Wednesday 23 July at Stafford Riding Showground, Hixon.
We decided to hold another rally at Hixon after the sucess of the previous one in May. We had both flat and jumping tuition again provided by Alex Hulme which everybody really enjoyed. A big Thank You to her for agreeing to come and teach us in the middle of Pony Club Camp!

Fun Show Jumping on Thursday 26 June at Stafford Riding Club Showground, Hixon, Nr Stafford
Despite the very wet weather the fun show jumping went ahead on Thursday. Unfortunately due to the monsoon that descended on Hixon we decided just to do some "Clear Rounds" where each rider picked the heights that they wanted to school round. Medals were awarded to all clears and a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who helped put all of the jumps up and down!

Woodside XC Fun Ride
A fantastic morning was had by all who attended the Cross Country Fun Ride at Woodside farm, Nr Gnosall Stafford on Sunday 15th June 2008. Forty two people turned up over the two hours to enjoy a school around the 3 different courses. The BBQ was a firm hit with all concerned!

All Abilities Rally - Wed 21 May held at Stafford Riding Club Showground

A big thank you to all that turned up for the "All Abilities Rally" which was held by kind permission of Stafford Riding Club at their wonderful showground at Hixon. We had flat and jumping lessons with instructors Caroline Deighton and Alex Hulme. Everybody had a really good time and we are hoping to make it a more regular event. Please keep checking the website for future dates!
